When will my order be shipped?

All orders take 1-2 days to prepare. North American orders usually take 2 – 8 business days. International orders can take up to 5 weeks. Arrival times vary by destination, contact us for more details.

Mystery boxes can take up to 7 business days to prepare, as they are hand-picked and curated individually for each order. 

Pickup Orders

Please allow 1 business day for Icy Vintage to process your order, we will email you once your order is ready to pickup. Note: please schedule a time to pickup your order - we are not always in the office and we are not available on the weekends. If there is an urgent pickup, please email us at info@wearicy.com 


What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If a customer enters the wrong address, they must pay to reroute the package if the package has already been shipped. If a mistake is made after checkout please email us immediately at info@wearicy.com with the correct shipping information.


Please make sure you include your complete address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal. Icy Vintage is not responsible for return shipping, customers must pay to return their package.


Are shipping times guaranteed?

We cannot guarantee arrival times on any packages, due to unforeseeable circumstances like holidays and courier delays.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Sezzle.

What are your pick up hours?

Our pickup hours are Monday - Friday between 12PM  - 6P.M. Please send us an email if you will be picking up a package so we can schedule a time with you.

Can I come in store to shop?

Absolutely! We're located in Toronto at 501 Passmore Avenue.

Refunds:

All refunds are processed online only in the form of store credit. It can take up to 3-5 business days for your credit to show up on the original method of payment.
