How do I return an order?
You can start a return online. We'll send you a return label and provide a refund via store credit once the item has been received.
Can I exchange an item?
The best way to exchange an item is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.
How do I return a defective or faulty product?
We stand behind all of our clothing and gear. If your item is potentially defective and its been less than 30 days since your Icy purchase, simply return the item. If its been more than 30 days, please give us a call to make a return.
How do I return an Icy store purchase?
Purchases made at an Icy retail store must be returned to the store. Please note that in-store policies may differ from our online return policies.
