When will my order be shipped?

All orders take 1–2 business days to prepare.

• North American orders: 2–8 business days

• International orders: up to 5 weeks

• Mystery Boxes: up to 7 business days (hand‑picked and curated individually)

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If the order has already shipped:

• We are unable to reroute the package

• If the order is returned to us, the customer must pay for return shipping

If the mistake was made immediately after checkout:

Please ensure your address is complete, including unit number and postal code.


Are shipping times guaranteed?

We cannot guarantee arrival times due to holidays, courier delays, customs processing, or weather interruptions.

Refunds

All refunds are processed online only in the form of store credit.

We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.

 

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in two ways:

• Added directly to your account (usable once you log in)

• Issued as a code that can be applied at checkout

 

Returns / Exchanges

Return and exchange information can be found under our Return Policy.

• Returns allowed within 30 days from the date you received your order

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

• Customer pays return shipping

• If the item came with tags, they must still be attached

• Items without tags may be returned as long as they are unworn and unwashed


Exchanges:

• Place a new order for the desired item and return the original item/s, then simply reach out to customer service.
• We can organize a replacement order once we receive the return and complete the inspection.

Order Protection covers:

Claims result in either a reshipment or store credit refund.

Does Order Protection cover international orders?

Yes, the requirements are the same.

 

How long do I have to file a claim?

Claims may be filed up to 45 days from the date of purchase.

Order Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
