If anything goes wrong, you can file a claim and receive either a reshipment or a store credit refund once the claim is approved. We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.


How to Purchase Order Protection

• Turn on the Order Protection toggle in your cart before checkout.

• It will appear as a line item at checkout and in your confirmation email.


How to File a Claim

• File a claim at: https://claim.orderprotection.com

• Claims are usually processed within 24–72 hours.

• Approved claims receive a reshipment or store credit refund depending on availability.


Reorders & Reshipments

• Replacements depend on in-stock availability.

• If an item is out of stock, a store credit refund will be issued.


Coverage Window

• Claims may be submitted up to 45 days from the order date.


International Orders

• Order Protection is available for international orders.

• Coverage and claim requirements remain the same.


Refundability

• Order Protection is non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled.

• If your order has not shipped yet, you may request removal.


After Filing a Claim

• Claims are reviewed by the Order Protection team.

• Most decisions are made within 24–72 hours.

• Approved claims receive a reshipment or store credit refund.


Does Filing a Claim Affect Future Orders?

• No — filing claims does not impact your ability to place future orders or purchase protection again.


Signature Confirmation

• Not required — packages up to $5,000 are covered regardless of delivery method.
