Take photos or videos wearing Icy, and email them to us at info@wearicy.com. When we use your content on our social media or in our advertising, you get international exposure and get paid. All rates below are in US dollars.

RATES IF WE USE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS YOU TAG US IN:

  • Instagram or Facebook Story: Tag only

  • Instagram Post or Reel: $50.00 + tag

  • Billboard: $200.00 to $1,000.00 + royalties

  • Other Marketing: Up to $2,000.00 + royalties

GUIDELINES FOR PHOTOS & VIDEOS

To be eligible, photos and videos must meet the criteria outlined below for consideration:

  • No violence, nudity, coarse language, or suggestive content

  • Photos and videos must be clear, well-lit, and not blurry

  • You must be wearing authentic Icy clothing

  • No selfies, filters, or text overlays

All photos and videos are subject to approval for use at the sole discretion of the Icy marketing team.

WHAT BACKGROUND OR SETTING IS PREFERRED?

Wear Icy is a premium streetwear brand, and submissions should reflect this aesthetic. We recommend backgrounds and settings such as urban environments, industrial spaces, streets, studios, or any neutral and plain backdrop. Please note that backgrounds dominated by greenery do not align with our brand and are not recommended.

DO PHOTOS NEED TO BE PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN? CAN I TAKE THEM MYSELF?

While professional photography ensures high-quality, polished images, it is not mandatory. Most modern smartphones have capable cameras for capturing your photos. You can enlist the help of a friend or set up a tripod for self-photography.

IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING PHOTOS?

There is no specific timeframe for submitting your photos; you are free to submit them at your convenience.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PHOTOS/VIDEOS?

To submit your content, please email them to us at info@wearicy.com. If you have an Instagram account, please include your username in the email so we can tag you if your photos are selected.

HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN I SUBMIT?

You are welcome to submit as many photos as you would like.

SHOULD I SUBMIT EDITED OR UNEDITED PHOTOS?

It is advisable to submit both the edited and unedited versions of your photos. However, if you don’t have edited versions, feel free to submit the original photos.

HOW WILL I BE INFORMED IF MY PHOTOS ARE SELECTED?

If your photos are selected, they will be placed in a queue to be featured. A member of our marketing team will reply to your email to arrange payment once your photo or video is featured.

HOW ARE PAYMENTS PROCESSED?

All payments are disbursed through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one for free at www.paypal.com.
