Refund policy

All refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method, except in the following cases:

  • The order has not yet been processed
  • The customer has already placed a replacement order for the correct item or size

Returned Items

  • Once your return is received and passes inspection, a refund will be issued as store credit
  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund, whether issued as store credit or back to the original payment method
  • Restocking fees may apply to returns that do not meet resalable condition requirements
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us, you have the following options:

  • Reship the order to the correct address (reshipping fees will apply)
  • Receive store credit (minus the initial shipping fee) to place a new order

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs will be billed to the customer.

Icy is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Unclaimed packages

If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

If duties or taxes are refused:

  • The package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense
  • A refund will be issued for the value of the items minus return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Discount Codes

  • Discount codes are non-refundable
  • The value of any discount used will not be credited, refunded, or transferred

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in two ways:

  • Added directly to your account (usable once logged in)
  • Issued as a code to apply at checkout

Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.

We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit refund

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please email info@wearicy.com as soon as possible with your order number or call our hotline at 1-855-932-7429. Cancellation requests are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
