What is Icy's Return Policy?

We handle returns with the ultimate goal to make customers happy. If you're not satisfied with an item, we've got you covered. We give you 30 days to take your Icy purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing that you can return items for any reason within those 30 days.

 

How do I return an order?

You can start a return online. Remember, we'll cover the delivery costs.

 

Can I exchange an item? 

The best way to exchange an item is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

 

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

We stand behind all of our clothing and gear. If your item is potentially defective and its been less than 30 days since your Icy purchase, simply return the item. If its been more than 30 days, please give us a call to make a return. 

 

How do I return an Icy store purchase? 

Purchases made at an Icy retail store must be returned to the store. Please note that in-store policies may differ from our online return policies.
