What is Icy's Return Policy?
We handle returns with the ultimate goal of making customers happy. If you're not satisfied with an item, we've got you covered. You have 30 days to try your Icy purchase, and you can return items for any reason within that period for store credit.
How do I return an order?
You can start a return online. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund as store credit.

Can I exchange an item?
The best way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original item.
What condition does my return need to be in?
All returns must be in resalable condition. This means items must be unworn and unwashed.
If the item came with tags, they must still be attached.
If the item didn’t come with tags, it can still be returned as long as it is unworn and unwashed.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may still be accepted at our discretion, but they will be issued as store credit minus return shipping and a restocking fee. In some cases, items may be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
How do I return a defective or faulty product?
We stand behind all of our clothing and gear. If your item is defective and it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, you can return it. If it has been more than 30 days, please contact us so we can review your case.
How do I return an Icy store purchase?
Purchases made at an Icy retail store must be returned to the store. Please note that instore policies may differ from our online return policy.
What is your discount code policy?
If you used a discount code on your order, the value of the discount will not be credited, refunded, or transferred.
